Cochlear – Case Study

The Brief

Cochlear tasked Symmetry with raising awareness about how moderate-to-profound hearing loss effects children around the world.

Our Approach

After an in-depth needs analysis, we developed the ‘When I Grow Up’ video concept – a heartwarming campaign film that saw us ask children about their aspirations and then surprise them with a make-believe world that brought their dreams to life.

Results

Launched on World Hearing Day, the campaign concept was so successful that the Asia-Pacific region actually adopted it as their messaging platform for their entire year.
