Cochlear – Case Study

The Brief

Cochlear tasked Symmetry with boosting global awareness about the amazing lifestyle benefits their recipients discover after receiving a hearing implant.

Our Approach

After an in-depth needs analysis, we developed the ‘Inspiring Stories’ campaign; a suite of over twenty short documentaries that portray the real-life experiences of Cochlear Implant recipients around the world. 

Results

In addition to setting a new record for engagement online, the the series won ‘Best Online Campaign’ at the 37th Annual Telly Awards (USA) and Helio’s Story won ‘Best Cinematography’.
